Friend
My friend, artist Beate Knappe, adopted a
little beagle puppy named Jeannie. Unfortunately, on October 4th,
Jeannie was hit by a car and injured two of her legs. She survived
the surgeries to put her legs back in working order, and now she is
facing daily therapy to regain the use of her legs.
All of this has left Beate with vet bills that
total over 2000 euros. Beate is a self-employed single artist, so
this debt is staggering. Several artists are offering artwork for
sale, with a portion of these sales going to the vet bills for
Jeannie.
